The Hotel At Work concept has the following points of departure:

Full service
Due to the wide variety of guests, ample attention is paid to different service levels as far as room layout, meals, entertainment, transport, etc. are concerned.

(Fire) safety
The accommodations meet the construction and structural requirements set out in the Bouwbesluit [Dutch official regulations and standards for the building industry].

(Social) safety
The buildings/sites the accommodations are located in are freely accessible as we consider their users to be our guests. In the latters' interests and also that of the surrounding area, we use access control. Consultation has taken place with local government bodies, the police, the fire brigade and the GGD [Municipal Healthcare Service].

Quality and certainty
Hotel At Work is financially solid, reliable and guarantees the continuity of the projects . Hotel At Work is fully liable for risks such as construction, operation and financing. 

Status
Hotel At Work Maasvlakte opened its doors in 2010 and provides accommodation for approximately 1,500 guests. Alongside single and double rooms with shared sanitary facilities there are also rooms available with their own facilities. 

Facilities
Alongside spacious single and double rooms, the main buildings house the bar, TV room, reception, kitchen and restaurant. Every location furthermore provides outside sports facilities.
