Eemshaven is being transformed into one of the major energy centres of Western Europe at a fast pace. The many construction projects require the deployment of large numbers of temporary workers. These have to be housed. The problem, however, is that the direct vicinity of the port there hardly offered any suitable accommodation to house all these people properly and affordably. Now this is no longer a problem! GT Energy Village Hotel is a temporary hotel complex especially developed to house the personnel of con-tractors, subcontractors and others working on construction and maintenance projects in Eemshaven. Comfortably and highly affordable.



Status
The GT Energy Village Hotel is set to open in mid-2010 and will provide accommodation for approximately 1,600 guests. Alongside single and double rooms with shared sanitary facilities there are also rooms available with their own facilities.

Facilities
Alongside spacious single and double rooms, the main buildings house the bar, TV room, reception, kitchen and restaurant. Every location furthermore provides outside sports facilities.
